The receptionist, Salam, offered really good and personalized service during my frequent visits. The breakfast had tasty options and the room size was big. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, i REALLY appreciated it. I requested an extra bed, and it was promptly provided.
The air conditioning system blew cigarette smoke into my room. My clothes smelled of cigarettes for days

The hotel's location proved supremely convenient. It was close to many attractions, I found this VERY romantic. The corniche and city center were easily accessible from the premises. The neighborhood felt nice and pleasant.

The rooms had generous quantities of complimentary water and coffee. I appreciated this amenity. The bathroom included a separate large area and everything looked spacious! It was really comfortable for preparing each day.

The room was quite large. The view from the twelfth floor gave a wide perspective. The breakfast had great variety and was well prepared. Staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, greeting me with smiles and a readiness to help at any time.
I found the noise from the clubs on the lower floors somewhat disturbing late at night. It made sleeping difficult until the early hours. This should be addressed .

The location offered convenient access to many shops. The proximity to key city attractions made exploration easy. Access to transportation was another benefit.

The reception staff were helpful and kind. The quick response times to requests were appreciated. The arrangement of takeaway breakfast bags for an early departure displayed care.

The hotel features a gym for guest use. A pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were also available. These facilities helped improve my stay.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The noise from the nightclubs was excessive. It continued late into the night. i also found the room maintenance lacking. The wallpaper was peeling. it didn't feel like a relaxing environment.
